These Booking Terms govern the use of the booking form available on https://www.ristoranteiquattromori.it
and the submission of table booking requests to the restaurant.

2. Service scope
The website allows users to submit a booking request for a table at the restaurant.
Submitting the form does not involve any online payment and does not constitute automatic confirmation of the booking.
3. Nature of the booking request
Submitting the form constitutes a booking request.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the restaurant sends an express confirmation by email, phone, message, or any other contact method provided by the user.
If no express confirmation is sent, the booking must be considered not confirmed.
4. Data requested for booking
To manage the request, the following data may be requested:
first and last name
email address
phone number
requested date and time
number of guests
any allergies or intolerances indicated
high chair request
additional notes or messages
The user undertakes to provide truthful, up to date, and complete information.
5. Availability and confirmation
All requests are subject to actual table availability and service organization.
The restaurant reserves the right to:
accept or reject the request
propose an alternative time
contact the user for clarification or confirmation
6. Changes or cancellation
If the user wishes to change or cancel a confirmed booking, they must contact the restaurant as soon as possible using the contact details above.
The restaurant reserves the right to cancel or modify a booking in the event of:
subsequent unavailability
force majeure
technical or organizational issues
inability to contact the user to confirm essential details
7. Delays and no show
In case of delay, the user is requested to inform the restaurant as soon as possible.
Unless otherwise communicated, the table may be held only for a limited period after the booked time, depending on service organization.
In case of no show without notice, the restaurant reserves the right to:
release the table
limit acceptance of future booking requests from the same user in case of abuse or repeated no shows
8. Allergies, intolerances, and special requests
Any allergies, food intolerances, or special requests may be indicated in the booking form.
This information is used solely to facilitate management of the request and service.
Providing such information in the form does not constitute an absolute guarantee of the absence of cross contamination or of the suitability of the meal for specific medical needs.
The user must inform the restaurant staff again of any allergy or intolerance upon arrival.
9. Proper use of the form
It is prohibited to use the booking form to:
submit false or misleading information
make fake bookings
interfere with or damage the restaurant’s business
enter unlawful, offensive, or irrelevant content
The restaurant reserves the right not to process requests that are manifestly abusive, unreliable, or contrary to law.
10. No online payments
The website does not allow online payments and does not conclude purchase contracts for goods or services through electronic payment.
Any restaurant service is provided exclusively at the premises, subject to availability and booking confirmation.
11. Limitation of liability
The restaurant shall not be liable for:
website unavailability
temporary malfunction of the booking form
delays or disruptions attributable to providers, internet network, email, telephone, or other communication systems outside its control
errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete data provided by the user
This is without prejudice to any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Privacy
Personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.
Submitting the booking form involves processing only the data strictly necessary to manage the request and related communications.
13. Website ownership and contents
Unless otherwise stated, the content available on the website, including texts, images, distinctive signs, logo, and informational materials, belongs to the respective rights holders or is lawfully used.
